In-office Assistant
   (To start on or about November 1, 2024)
The In-office Production Assistant's main job is to assist the producer.

  • Any and all tasks as assigned by producer.
  • Play a key role in creating a welcoming environment.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients.
  • Answer telephones.
  • Write and return emails.
  • General office work - photocopy and do general office administration.
  • File paperwork, do data entry, and organize files.
  • Manage calendars (make appointments, arrange lunches, dinners, and transportation reservation
  • Document preparation and distribute production paperwork.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (1/2 hour lunch).
Pay rate: $18.00/hour

 

Sales Coordinator
The main job of the Sales Coordinator is to speak to potential investors, selling LLC membership units.

  • Contact potential investors via phone and/or email.
  • Present investment opportunity.
  • With verbal or written consent, send business plan and business prospectus.
  • Set meetings; follow-up with investor on business plan and prospectus.
  • Answer questions and provide information.
  • Close sale and collect subscription document paperwork.

Schedule: Full or part-time, work from home, set your own hours.
Pay rate: $400.00 weekly draw - Commission + Bonuses
